Legal notice

This website is published by Vaubren, a defence technology venture founded in 2026 with planned operations in Bulgaria, within the European Union.

Vaubren is in formation. A United States parent company and a Bulgarian operating subsidiary are being established. Company registration numbers, the registered office address and VAT details will be published in this notice on incorporation, and this page will be updated at that time.

Privacy policy

What we collect

This website does not use advertising cookies, profiling cookies, analytics scripts or third-party trackers. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not sell data.

When you write to us, we receive the contents of your message and your email address. We use that information only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add correspondents to marketing lists.

Recruitment applications

When you apply for a role, we process the details you submit to review your application and communicate with you. See our applicant privacy notice for the information collected, purposes, recipients, retention and your rights.

What is processed automatically

• Hosting. This site is served by Netlify, which records standard server request logs including IP address, timestamp, requested resource and user agent, for delivery and security purposes.
• Fonts and libraries. Our main typeface is hosted locally. Some site features or media may load assets from external content delivery networks. Those providers receive the request data necessary to deliver the asset, including your IP address.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction or its erasure, and you may object to its processing. Write to contact@vaubren.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The content of this website is provided for information only. It is not an offer to sell, a solicitation, a technical specification, or a contractual commitment of any kind.

The public portfolio presents visual concepts, separate from actual R&D prototypes. Images are not technical specifications or evidence of validated or fielded capability. Facilities and operating plans are subject to change.
