INFORMATION
Applicant privacy.
Who is responsible
Vaubren is a venture in formation. Until incorporation, Rafael Zard, its founder, is responsible for information submitted through this recruitment form. For privacy enquiries or requests, contact contact@vaubren.com. The legal notice will be updated with the registered entity and office when incorporation is complete.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email, current city and country, selected role, willingness to work in Bulgaria, experience summary and any professional profile, CV link or CV file you choose to share. We use this information to assess your application and communicate with you about the role. Required fields help us understand your suitability and contact you; without them we cannot review an application.
We rely on our legitimate interest in building and recruiting a team for the initial review of applications, and on steps taken at your request before entering into an employment contract where applicable. We do not use applications for marketing or make automated hiring decisions.
Who can access it
Applications are available to the founder and authorised people involved in recruitment. Netlify provides form processing and hosting. Its processing may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in Netlify’s data processing agreement. External profile and document links remain subject to the settings and policies of the service you use to share them.
How long we keep it
We retain an unsuccessful or withdrawn application for no more than six months from submission, unless a longer period is required to address a legal claim. If we would like to keep your details for future opportunities beyond that period, we will ask for your consent separately. Successful applicants will receive the relevant employment privacy information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you can request data portability. Write to contact@vaubren.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority, including Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Please do not submit identity documents, medical information, classified information or confidential material belonging to another employer.
